AsaDB Name and Logo Policy
The GNU GPL grants copyright permissions for AsaDB code and project-owned assets. It does not grant trademark rights or permission to misrepresent the origin of a modified product.
You may:
- truthfully state that software is based on, compatible with, or forked from AsaDB;
- use the AsaDB name when linking to or discussing the official project;
- use unmodified project screenshots in reviews, tutorials, and news coverage. You may not, without written permission:
- present a modified build as an official AsaDB release;
- use the AsaDB name or logo in a way that implies endorsement, sponsorship, or project ownership;
- use confusingly similar branding for a fork or unrelated product. Modified distributions should use a distinct product name and logo and clearly state that they are independent. This policy does not limit nominative or other uses permitted by applicable law. No registered trademark status is implied by this document.
