window ->scroll_horizontal: direction={forwards,backwards,goto}, unit={page,file,line}, amount=int, force=[bool]

Traps a scroll-request from the horizontal scrollbar or a wheel-mouse. See class scroll_bar for details.

If the force argument is @on, the scroll actions is performed unconditionally. Otherwise it is only performed if the window has the associated scroll_bar object. This ensures no scrolling is performed based on a wheel-mouse if the window has no scroll_bar.
