The clpq and clpr libraries are ‘orphaned’, i.e., they currently have no maintainer.
copy_term/3 is projected the same way, onto the user-level variables of the constraint store that is reachable from the copied term rather than onto the term itself. It therefore reports constraints in which the copy takes part, together with a fresh variable for each partner that was not copied:
?- {X+Y>=1}, copy_term(X, C, Gs).
Gs = [{C+_>=1}],
{X+Y>=1}.
Use dump/3 to project onto a chosen list of variables. Here it says that X by itself is unconstrained:
?- {X+Y>=1}, dump([X], [x], L).
L = [],
{X+Y>=1}.
?- {X=1}, dump([X],[Y],L).
